Hi! Im Filip, I love sales and communicating with people, I started to get interested in sales and started working on different projects at 16. Before that, I practiced volunteering work for 2 years which helped me understand that my purpose is to work with people, help people, and to bring value to their lives. My journey started in the Financial industry, first I worked with European non-refundable Grants where I helped the people that wanted to attract these grants find the right consultant for their needs to create the business plan and all the other documents necessary to apply for these grants. During the time I worked with Consultants and European non-refundable Grants I started getting interested in the insurance and loan industry so I decided to become a part-time financial consultant and learn from a Brokerage Firm. I learned the importance of creating a solid financial foundation on which you can build. The instruments that I mostly worked with were index funds that used health insurance to provide additional protections. I worked with mostly young professionals and advised safe, long-term investments for different plans for example A plan for retirement, a plan for vacations, a plan for financial sustainability, etc. From a part-time job, it became a full-time job with intrapreneurial elements. After a while, I started to realize that the mindset present in the Financial Industry didn't represent me any longer so I decided to change the industry. That is how I discovered Digital Marketing, the industry that works for hand in hand with direct sales. The experience until now has helped me become more open-minded, more disciplined and understand how important it is to have a well-defined structure and a sales funnel.
