In my role as a Junior Store Activator at Granarolo S.p.A., I support and implement in-store activation strategies to enhance product positioning and visibility on a national scale. I manage promotional activities and collaborate with retail locations to optimize customer experience and maximize sell-out performance. This role allows me to develop both strategic and operational skills in retail marketing, while strengthening my analytical abilities to monitor results effectively.

Working directly in the field provides me with an in-depth view of industry dynamics and consumer interactions, contributing to brand growth through direct engagement with distribution partners.

Junior Store Activator - Sell Out Specialist

Bolton Food

During my internship journey as Trade Marketing Assistant at Bolton Food, I engaged in a variety of responsibilities within the team, including planning e-commerce activities for several brands, directly liaising with clients, conducting Sell Out/Sell In analysis to extract actionable insights, managing and tailoring databases per client, ensuring promotional plans were effectively implemented across points of sale, and preparing monthly reports, presentations, and documentation to track progress.

This role equipped me with essential skills in data analysis tools (such as Unify and In-Store Point) and advanced proficiency in the Office Suite, pivotal for analytical tasks within today’s business landscape. Beyond hard skills, I developed crucial soft skills—autonomy, organizational ability, communication, and critical thinking—which will undoubtedly be invaluable in my career.

Trade Marketing Assistant

Dairy Industry Paolo Colla

During my time at Caseificio Paolo Colla, a dairy specialized, among the others, in producing Grana Padano and ricotta, I gained an in-depth understanding of the production processes for these cheeses—from the initial milk processing stages through to aging and final packaging. I also learned the detailed procedures required to ensure the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) certification, understanding the quality and traceability standards necessary to meet the high requirements of this designation.

This experience developed my strong focus on quality and attention to detail, which are essential qualities in the food industry.

Student Internship

Parmigiani Agricultural Company

During my experience, I developed essential skills that I continue to apply in my current role in the food industry. I learned to efficiently manage resources and time, optimizing daily operations to ensure animal welfare and the sustainability of the activity. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the quality of raw materials, from production to distribution—a valuable perspective within the food sector.

In a dynamic, hands-on environment like farming, I gained resilience and problem-solving abilities, qualities I now apply in coordinating and managing activities aimed at achieving high standards and resource optimization.

Casalasco Agricultural Company

During my internship at ARP Casalasco, I was involved in back-office tasks supporting product and soil analysis, contributing to the accuracy and precision of data essential for comprehensive environmental assessments. This experience allowed me to develop skills in handling and managing technical documentation, while deepening my interest in quality and safety within the environmental analysis field.

After graduating as an Agricultural Expert, I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomic Science, achieving a score of 110/110, and a Master's Degree in Food Marketing and Commercial Strategies, with a score of 110/110 cum laude. 

From a work perspective, after the first three experiences in the Food Transfromation Industry (meat first, then tomato and finally dairy products), I've concluded a wonderful journey in Bolton Food (Rio Mare, Palmera, Simmenthal, and Spuntì) as a Trade Marketing Assistant.
Currently, I'm working as a Junior Store Activator (Sell Out Specialist) at Granarolo SpA.

From what concern languages, I am an Italian native speaker, I speak fluent English and a medium level spanish

I am passionate about sports, cars (especially those with the prancing horse), and good food!
