- Designed and developed a KYC software solution for PE firm with ~6bn AUM
- Implemented a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and consulted on Marketing & Growth topics for a leading web 3 company
- Managed all operations related to the 9x Learning offering, overseeing processes and ensuring smooth delivery

No-Code Builder

I joined CargoAi when the team was less than 20 people, and fighting against an incumbent that had just raised $80+ million.

Urgency and fierce relentlessness are the best words to describe the team of passionate individuals I was working with.

Despite being an intern, I was put in charge of various responsibilities, some of which critical for the company success. I directly reported to the CPO and had the pleasure to have frequent interactions with the CEO and CMO.

- Redesigned the in-app onboarding experience and owned the introduction of new features to returning users, with focus on driving retention
- Got myself access to the company database and learned SQL to conduct retention analysis and calculate sustainable cost per acquisition
- Led product and marketing email activities; performed A/B testing
- Set up web analytics tracking and developed dashboards to evaluate campaigns and channels’ success; reported key insights to stakeholders monthly
- Directed retargeting campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn

The AITI has some of the best European researchers in the field, working on a topic that is ever more crucial.

I brought in my management, and strategical thinking skills. In particular:

- Led a team of four in shaping the revenue model, go-to-market strategy and positioning
- Developed the financial model to forecast capital requirements and the slides-deck used to successfully raise fundings from high-profile investors
- Curated the budgeting and planning for the art exhibition “Data Blossom” in collaboration with the AI/ML artist Refik Anadol

This was my first work experience in a corporate context.

Did not learn much in terms of technical skills but learned the art of communication and making friends in a work setting.

Biggest take aways were from informal conversations with seasoned professionals. Those led me to some important decisions, like deciding to pursue my Master's degree abroad, in Singapore, and go all-in in Technology companies.
