I’m Fina, an AAT Level 4 qualified bookkeeper, currently supporting small and medium sized business, particularly in the leisure and hospitality sector with all their finance needs. From microbusiness to corporate, I’ll provide robust bookkeeping and management accounting to help your clients achieve your goals. My key strengths lie in a deep technical understanding of bookkeeping, and management reporting with an interest in cyber security to help diverse businesses meet their targets and safeguard their business assets. Soft skills are often overlooked in finance roles but I’ve focused on developing strong negotiating and influencing behaviours enabling communication at senior and board levels. Relationship management is at the heart of everything I do, whether that’s liaising with partners, clients or technical in-house teams - when you consider others’ perspectives before you act, everyone benefits. Currently, my key responsibilities are: ‣ Providing technical expertise through a deep understanding of tax and accountancy legislation and procedure. ‣ Managing client onboarding processes, including compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your client (KYC) requirements. ‣ Providing advice, training and troubleshooting support for clients on Sage 50, Sage Payroll, ZOHO CRM, Google, Xero, HubDoc, Dext and MS Office suite. ‣ Analysing data and reporting for informed decision making. ‣ Overcoming change resistance with clients, demonstrating the business benefits of using innovative approaches and new technologies.
