Maintenance sales demonstration instances, as well as the construction of bespoke instances based on specific customer requirements. Oversaw technical, product-related details for Sales and Marketing collateral. Business Operations Consultant

Commissions Inc. (CINC)

Having mastered many aspects of the CINC Pro platform, Fiona became responsible for developing the department's first-ever full-scale employee onboarding & training program. Her responsibilities included screening and interviewing potential hires, collaborating on hiring decisions and training all new hires on the Client Success team. She provided team members with an introduction to CINC's company culture and core values, guided them through a multifaceted platform training, and prepared them to excel in their roles on the team. She developed a full training manual for the three positions on the team, as well as writing and updating more than 50 internal and client-facing articles for the company's online Help Center. 

Serving as the new hire's manager for their first 90 days with the company, she ensured a smooth transition into their role and reduced new hire turnover by 50% during her time as the CS Enablement Manager. She was also responsible for performance reviews, training assessments, and developing a role-specific certification process for each member of the team.

Client Success Enablement Manager

As a Supervisor on the newly created Client Support team, Fiona was responsible for collaborating to create a new set of processes for inbound client support. She managed a team of five support representatives and was responsible for setting and achieving team metrics on a monthly and weekly basis, and working with her employees to improve daily metrics. Fiona was also responsible for training and mentoring new hires on her team, leading to her own promotion to full-time employee training, as well as the promotion of two mentees to Team Lead roles within six months of their hiring.

Client Support Team Supervisor

As a Client Services Advisor, Fiona was responsible for developing strong relationships with a portfolio of more than 150 clients through on-boarding and training. Additionally, she provided technical support and assistance on a daily basis, and consulted with her clients on best practices in order to successfully build and maintain their real estate business while leveraging the CINC Pro platform. After less than one year in this role, Fiona was promoted to Front Line Team Lead.
