Fiona most recently served as the Enablement Team Lead at QGenda, a leading provider of automated workforce management software for the healthcare industry. She has over eight years of experience in SaaS sales and customer service management and a certification in project management (CAPM). In her role, she leveraged her deep product knowledge, technical skills, and industry insights to support the field sales team in executing complex enterprise opportunities. In addition to her functional roles as a sales engineer, she was also responsible for sales enablement functions, including sharing best practices, providing coaching, and facilitating feedback across the solutions consulting team and the wider sales organization. She is passionate about delivering sales strategies aligned with Sandler Selling System, Value Creation Selling and other sales methodologies, refining product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
