This was a high responsibility role which involved a huge rage of duties including serving , handling money , keeping the premises clean and tidy and managing other staff .

I worked for a season as head girl on a small hunting stables, being solely responsible for the upkeep, management and well being of the horses. My responsibilities ranged from book keeping to maintaining a clean and tidy environment and managing the schedules of individual horses. I worked from my own initiative and to strict deadlines. This role demanded a high level of flexibility and attention to every detail. An integral part of my job here was making sure the visiting owners of the horses were well informed on what their horses were doing and satisfied with their experience at the yard and out hunting. Maintaining a client base through exceptional care and communication.

Equine Management

This role was only a month long. I managed a group of 16 young people with a partner . We and the young people took part in a range of team building activities, class room work and event planning and execution . This was also a role with an aspect of pastoral care .
