Hello, my name is Fitsum Ayele and I am a recent graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Management. My short term goals include attaining substantial research experience, including publications. My long term goals include obtaining a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology, and either working as a tenure-track professor in academia, or for an organization that provides I-O services.
