I became a People Manager for 7 people in 2018 and then hired, grew and maintained a team of 40-50 product, designer and developer, junior-to-senior specialists in Romania for 5 years. Meanwhile, I grew in a Product Manager position in 2020 for various corporate clients’ and owned several enterprise software products that I managed from kickstart to launch and beyond. Leveraging this experience I joined FLOWX.AI startup in October 2023 as Product Owner, now growing one of the most promising product for AI enterprise application modernisation. My NGO involvement includes student NGO Board of European Students of Technology (2012-2016) and Innovation Labs (2014- present) where I am currently co-founder and leading the whole Innovation Labs program in Romania together with the core team and a national implementation team.
