Welcome, and thank you for visiting. For over 30 years, I have been helping industrial companies improve their sales and negotiations through scientific techniques. I started as a manager in large companies like General Electric, and since 2009, I’ve been consulting for businesses in the oil & gas, energy, aerospace, marine, automation, and biomedical industries. I am the first Italian certified by the Cialdini Institute in Scientific Persuasion Techniques and the only Cialdini Certified Coach offering a course specifically designed to influence industrial sales. The program "Sweet Selling – La Vendita Dolce", now in its 4th edition, trained 48 professionals from 9 companies in 2024. In 2023, together with my colleague and friend Francesco Caporali, I co-authored the negotiation manual "At the negotiation's table - Al Tavolo della Negoziazione", published by Franco Angeli. I am an insatiably curious enthusiast of all ideas related to industrial sales: from strategies to processes, positioning and communication techniques, to negotiation and pricing tactics. My goal? To help companies beat the competition and conquer new markets, even stepping into the sales role myself and working on the front lines when necessary. Since 2009, I have been sharing these ideas—the (fortunately few) cases when they didn’t work and the many when they were game-changers—through my newsletter "Little Nightly Thoughts – Pensierini Notturni", followed by 5,892 professionals worldwide, from Seattle to Brisbane.
