My interest in nutrition and sports led me to manage projects in an organisation where food in an obsession! 

- Participation with EUFIC, WP leader for communication & dissemination, in 3 Horizon Europe projects

- Ghostwriting: Managing the SciFoodHealth account on LinkedIn and X for 9 months. Daily review & publication of 2-3 posts on Eu-funded projects

- Podcast host of the "Digital Food Podcast", a podcast project released monthly on technology in the food industry. 
Scripting, editing, and interviewing experts have resulted in the publication of three episodes totaling of +30 minutes each, with 11 more in development. 

Podcasting is similar to a sport marathon, long consistent effort but rewarding ending.
