1️⃣ They don't want features — they want outcomes
Nobody cares about "GPT-4 with function calling." They care about "did it book my flight?"

2️⃣ Memory is everything
Context windows aren't enough. Your assistant needs to remember what happened last week, last month, last year.

3️⃣ Approval systems build trust faster than explanations
Don't explain why the AI wants to send an email. Just ask: "Can I send this?" Trust is earned through checkpoints.

4️⃣ Voice input > typing
Busy people don't type. They talk while walking to their car. Voice-first design wins.

5️⃣ The first "wow" needs to happen in <5 minutes
If they don't feel magic in the first session, they won't come back.

Jensen Huang said something most education systems still avoid:

That made sense in a pre-AI world.
It’s a liability in an AI world.

If models can produce answers instantly, then human value shifts to:
- framing the right problem
- judging signal vs noise
- making decisions with incomplete information
- integrating intuition with evidence

The new definition of intelligence isn’t "who can recall the most."
It’s "who can ask the best questions and apply judgment responsibly."

If you’re building teams right now, train this skill stack explicitly.
Otherwise you’ll optimize for a world that no longer exists.

The workflow is simple:
1) I drop raw input (thoughts, voice transcripts, rough notes).
2) Agents generate platform-specific drafts in my voice.
3) I approve or revise.
4) Every revision improves the system.
5) Approved posts are scheduled in ideal time slots.
6) Performance data loops back to improve future outputs.

The real leverage is not “AI writes for me.”
It’s building a learning content system with human taste in the loop.

Hot take: Most OpenClaw setups are useless.

I've set up 50+ AI assistants for founders and friends. Here's the pattern I see:

The setups that actually deliver value have three things:

1️⃣ Second Brain / Company Wiki
Your AI needs access to YOUR knowledge. Documents, notes, procedures. Without this, it's just ChatGPT with extra steps.

2️⃣ Memory
It needs to remember context across conversations. What you discussed last week. Your preferences. Your projects.

3️⃣ Workflow Integration
Calendar, email, Slack, your actual tools. An AI that can't take action is just a fancy search engine.

Without these three? You have a chatbot that took 10 hours to set up.

What's missing from your AI setup?

Prediction: 80%% of apps will die because of AI agents.

Think about the apps you use daily:

📅 Calendar app? → Your agent manages your schedule
✅ Todo app? → Your agent tracks and prioritizes tasks

There’s still a massive gap between what AI can do today and what it can do in theory.

Most teams are planning from current constraints. That feels safe, but it creates fragile strategy.

A better framing:
Build for trajectory, not snapshot.

Ask:
- Which workflows are about to collapse in cost and time?
- Which human skills become more valuable as automation rises?
- Where can we design systems that improve as models improve?

People with taste for orchestration, strong systems thinking, and agency will have the real post-AI moat.
