Negotiated flexible agreements of varying types, nationally, with previously non-Equity producers, including BASE Entertainment, Carnegie Hall, the Wooster Group, American Girl Place (Mattel), the Jekyll & Hyde Clubs, and the New York Philharmonic..

Created the terms that became the Tiered touring contracts via a national campaign (“The Road Campaign”) that addressed the issue of non-Equity tours.

Participated in national negotiations for both the Production Contract and the LORT Contract, taking the lead on touring and foreign performer issues.

Planned and executed successful member and staff mobilization for various actions nationally and locally.

With the Executive Director, represented Equity at the International Federation of Artists meetings, including as a member of the Planning Committee for the 2015 International Live Performance Conference in Dublin and as a member of the LGBT Working Group since its 2011 inception.

Negotiated and administered Equity’s foreign actor policies and ongoing Exchange Agreements internally and externally since May, 1995. 

Represented Equity with the Department for Professional Employees, AFL-CIO, on various committees, including the Arts, Entertainment and Media Industry Coordinating Committee.
