In this role I had the opportunity to focus on business development through prospect identification, competitor analysis and general market research.
I developed internal reporting tools for decision making and better customer knowledge. Represented SAFRAN and Morpho at Industry tradeshows, conferences and networking events – helping  build the brand awareness in the UK.
I also had the chance to be a Project leader for the UK on a new solution for the Public Security market, elaborating a business case for the UK market, base lining the market and building a case for consultancy support in the UK. Working closely with France and increasing visibility of the UK subsidiary.

During my time at Sony, I had the chance to focus on business development by building relationships with key consultancy firms and by doing so, identified key players and influencers enabling Sony to be positioned as a supplier on key projects (<100K€) that would have otherwise been unheard of. I had the chance to implemented action plans for resellers in support of sales team, monitoring their contribution and increasing their commitment. 
I was also in charge of prospection on different vertical markets (urban, transportation, industry and retail) and creating market brochures adapted to each target market increasing the efficiency of cold calling/emailing.
Increasing the team’s customer knowledge by updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and creating sales reports via Salesforce.com, contributing to a better understanding of the business, was also a key focus for me.

During my time at Renault, I had the chance to analyse and present the international key accounts monthly results internally and externally, proposing action plans to achieve annual targets, allowing top management to understand the international fleet business and have the tools to take action.
I organized events, launch of new vehicles and prepared international business reviews which contributed to increasing brand awareness and the sales team’s commitment.					
I animated and coordinated the relationship with Renault Long Term Rental Managers present around the world, monitoring the sales results worldwide.
