• Educate students about resume building, interview process, job expectations, researching, networking with prospective companies, hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
• Provide students with advice and best practice interview techniques 
• Curate interview questions based on the individuals job search and industry
• Provide counselling for interviews 
• Conduct research to analyse employment trends in both Australia and New Zealand
• Provide statistical data and tracking of our students who utilise the Career services, complete exams as well as track students into jobs.
•	Work with Career Consultants, Student Care to obtain testimonials either by online reviews or video
•	Provide proactive support to the sales team to help them convert leads through second voice and superior communications that encourage prospective clients to convert and commit to upskilling.
•	Contact Students on behalf of the Senior Career Consultant if and when requested.
