•	Design and accommodate the main workflows related to clients’ most common topics on their deliveries within an app available on the company’s website that would also support improving the daily activities within the department.

•	Design and accommodate the HR's main workflows (in terms of holidays, pay slips, certificates, FAQ) within an app available on multiple instances (web based, Microsoft Teams based) that would also support improving the day to day activities within the department.

- Turnover Project (HR)
•	Build a consistent and accurate database for measuring the employees' turnover within the organization and correlate it with relevant KPIs, implementing also the action plan with the corrective measures to decrease the TO's %.

- New Office Project (Design/ IT)
•	Design and fit out from scratch the company’s new headquarter (~4.300 m2) meant to accommodate >700 persons. Project started from cabling and flooring until accommodating the last coffee cup from the kitchen, also including a desk hoteling application.

- Ticketing Project (CX/ IT)
•	Build an in-house application from scratch, that could facilitate both the interface with the clients and their needs (traceability and clearly measured SLAs), plus the cross functional communication among the organization (both cross departmental and cross border). Impacted over 500 internal users (>12 departments, and still counting) plus >10.000 clients.

- Accounts Receivable (LM-SAP) Project (Finance)
•	Ensure the automatic synchronization from LM to SAP of all operations on customers' balances, from the settlement of invoices with receipts from bank statements to manual clearing operations in the LM interface and automatic compensation.

- Electronic Archive Project (Facility)
•	Build a centralized electronic database where are scanned and archived the company’s documents plus have them physically archived in a dedicated space.

•	Provide support and subject matter expertise for data migration, system settings and day to day reconciliation from previous consolidation tool to SAP BPC.

- Organizational Effectiveness and Efficiency Project 
•	Design, challenge to improve and ensure knowledge transfer regarding the processes within organization (in accordance with RACI matrix).
•	Collaborate with top management to define the short and long-term objectives plus implement changes within their blocks regarding usage of the management system. 

- SAP Implementation Project in Near-Abroad business unit 
•	Provide support for data migration and reconciliation from previous accounting tools to SAP ERP.
•	Ensure guidance between business unit and project implementation team in accordance with legal policies and accounting deadlines and procedures.

•	Decrease number of FTEs involved for monthly gas stations’ reporting.
•	Assist in making business decisions relating to system implementation, modification, maintenance.

- Order to Cash Continuous Improvement Project 
•	Assess, develop and implement automation solutions to meet business goals (through VBA, PDD RPA UiPath solutions).
•	Decrease number of FTEs involved for day-to-day activities.
