As the current leader of growth on the client-facing side of our marketplace, I am responsible for driving growth across the entire funnel - from awareness to revenue. This involves leading community-building efforts to increase awareness, leading the account managers team to ensure the highest quality service, and driving product roadmap initiatives to strengthen our position as a Product-Led Growth (PLG) company.

Head of Growth & Operations

As the leader of both brand and performance marketing and now part of the executive committee I was managing a team of 10 individual contributors. I spearheaded the creation of our media, Talent Club, which has garnered 100,000 subscribers and a 50% bi-weekly open rate. Additionally, I oversaw the development of a new public-facing website focused on conversion, a YouTube and Twitter influencer program, while still managing paid ads acquisition.

As an individual contributor, I led the paid ads effort while also taking charge of a team of 3 people. This resulted in us becoming the most effective acquisition channel on our candidate side of the marketplace, ultimately bringing in 25,000 visible candidates. Our success was due to our expertise in building audiences based on our own data, creating a machine of creatives, and launching tests on multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter and Google.

I spearheaded the development of the outbound process and built a comprehensive outbound machine. This included data scraping, enrichment, and tailored copywriting for France, Germany, and the UK, resulting in 10,000 company sign-ups.
