I am currently directing the construction of an innovative digital product for EdTech pre-school education centers, leveraging the company's expertise and meeting the needs of current operations. As the Product Owner for LATAM Airlines' digital channel payment platform, I improved the customer experience and enabled changes in the business model. At Banco BCI, I served as the Senior Technical Lead of an agile team responsible for building APIs for the Banco BCI Mobile App and Fintech ecosystem, increasing customer interaction. I also acted as the Product Owner for the GDS session management service at LATAM Airlines, a high-performance and highly available product used by critical applications within the organization.

Furthermore, as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at LATAM Airlines, I led a remote agile team responsible for exposing legacy system functionalities through web services. As the first ThoughtWorker in Chile, I am proud to have contributed to the launch of the company's operations in the country, building strong relationships with industry, academia, and the community, and positioning ThoughtWorks as a leader in innovation and digital transformation.

Through these experiments, I aim to generate evidence and insights for the mentioned objectives.
