Thanks for visiting my profile… I’m a semi-retired inside sales strategist, developer, and sales trainer. In thanks for my career's abundance, I looking to give back. My favorite thing is HELPING OTHERS, especially kids. I have a thriving chess coaching practice for K6 kids and their parents. -- Pay-It-Forward Mode I love fun projects helping teams, reps, managers, and trainers. Small and new groups are the most fun and will benefit the most from my low rates. My fees are a fraction of what I charged clients 30 years ago. I only do this for fun and extra cash. MY GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT IN INSIDE SALES I developed a “sales system” for inside sales that produces spectacular results. It does the following: 1. Hires good people. 2. Empower's sellers to the point it is (almost) impossible for them to fail. 3. Transfers the wisdom of the CEO, VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, and other key managers to the Sales Manager, reps, and sales process, thus maximizing the results the team can produce. 4. Provides a highly effective internal coaching methodology that can run in a single 1-hour weekly group coaching session at the cost of about 2 hours per week of the manager’s time. 5. This is a “living system” that grows and gets better over time and can absorb and incorporate any sales tactics or methodology you choose. Make sure you know all the definitions in the glossary cold. The correct definitions of words (the author’s definitions) are critical to your ability to do what you have studied successfully in the real world. 2. Study Blake and Bly’s “The Elements of Copywriting.” We have moved into a time where sellers communicate with prospects in text a much higher percentage of the time. Copywriting is the science of persuasive written communication. Just speed-reading this book will make a difference in the success of your communications.
