ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership

As a member of the Board of Directors, I participated in governing ASAE and The Center for Association Leadership, with a special emphasis on the importance of building a risk-mitigating discipline of innovation. Throughout my three-year term, I challenged senior management and my board colleagues to embrace innovation as an essential organizational capability, and I helped to persuade ASAE's staff and voluntary decision-makers to embrace mobile as an important technology for both associations and society.
