WebEngage is a Retention Operating System that fuels business growth for hundreds of consumer brands through its CDP (Customer Data Platform), Omnichannel Campaign Manager, and Personalization Engine.

My role involved:

- Leading Content and Brand Marketing functions within WebEngage's Marketing team of 30+ members
- Managing a team of Writers, Video Producers, Email and Social Media Marketers 
- Developing full-funnel content across Earned, Owned and Paid Media avenues aiding various functions within and outside of Marketing 
- Managing and engaging a host of Agencies and Freelancers across content, copy and video production 
- Handling various aspects of Marketing Operations including SOP development, Agency and Tool onboarding, internal communication, process setups and training, among others
- Owning up Customer Stories: conversations, written and video testimonials, et al
- Managing the Marketing Newsletter 

Org-level initiatives I was a part of:
- ISO certification: represented Marketing and manage the related processes 
- POSH Committee: a member of the ICC 
- Internal Comms and Culture Build: Active participant 
- Talent Funnel Building and Scale up

- Amplified WebEngage's social media presence 
- Built the content production team 
- Produced 120+ original content units 
- Managed end-to-end case studies: published 12+ success stories in H2 2020 
- Developed ISO SOPs for various functions that fall within the purview of marketing
