Drove the leadership development strategy across a 19,000-employee hospital system to build a talent pipeline for incoming and emerging leaders and administered budgetary needs of the organization by department for training and development areas.
•	Designed a brain-based change strategy using neuroscience to increase organizational adoption rates of the “One UAB” culture vision from 48% to 78.4%
•	Drove the creation of a 3-year leadership development strategy for 36 academic chairs resulting in 6 departments and 105 physician and administrative participants, as well as 1,800 hours in learning and development
•	Partnered with Chief Diversity Officer to create a minority-male mentoring program for early-mid careerist that resulted in 25 participants, with 8 promotions at the director and senior director level

Served as the Lead Organizational Practitioner and executive coach for CMO and senior medical team, managing two human resource consultants and consulting with a group of 32 vice presidents on service requests, organizational design, and development needs.
•	Led the development of six blended leadership development programs delivered to 200 physicians across two academic medical centers and six clinical service lines, improving patient satisfaction scores from the 75th percentile to the 90th and resulting in a hospital rating of 9 out of 10
•	Partnered with organizational development consultants and human resources business partners to develop a competency-based talent management program, providing a pipeline of future leaders and driving key skill development aligned with organizational needs, resulting in 76 high-potentials identified and an improvement in filling director-level roles internally from 13% to 48%
•	Led the creation of clinic behaviors and aligned them with organizational values that resulted in patient satisfaction scores in the 90th percentile and average employee performance scores of 4.2
