Francis Saele is an accomplished senior-level corporate real estate and workplace executive with a diversified global background. During his career, he has held leadership positions in corporate real estate, speculative office and industrial development, and built a start-up real estate corporate services business acquired by CBRE. He has also worked for the Newmark Group, Accenture, and Goldome, FSB. Mr. Saele has designed and implemented successful portfolio services programs for two global service providers and hundreds of clients. As a Thought Leader in the emerging world of distributed work, the transformation of work, and the workplace, he is frequently published regarding the impact of these forces on corporate real estate and the built office environment. He holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Psychology from Canisius College, Buffalo, NY. Currently, Mr. Saele serves as Managing Principal of MorteVita, a wholly owned corporation, as an Integrator of workplace, real estate, and technology services to commercial clients. He is also engaged with select development groups examining the adaptive reuse feasibility of legacy office and retail projects. He resides with his wife in Cincinnati, OH.
