My professional passion includes the dynamic new ways of work and the transformation of the workplaces that support it. Workplace today is a nascent industry that is now driving HR, technology, employees, and real estate together as never before. Novel solutions regarding how and where people work will have a dramatic impact on every company, no matter how big or small. This period also represents the biggest quantum shift in office space in one hundred years. I help clients develop the options best suited to their unique needs and requirements and make recommendations that assess the risks, benefits, and costs. Starting my own business in Portfolio Services 25 years ago, it grew quickly into a recognized boutique firm in the real estate outsourcing space. In 2000, CBRE designated our firm as their sole outsourcing partner in the USA for lease administration and bought the business in 2004. Over the following 18 years, my teams and I have contributed to the growth of the Portfolio Services industry with innovative services, processes, and technology. Prior leadership roles in both corporate real estate and speculative real estate development provide insights into design & construction, financing, leasing, and property management. Originally from Buffalo, NY, I live with my wife in suburban Cincinnati, OH. Together we have two children who are embarking on new careers in technology and veterinary medicine in southern California.
