Serving as editor at CX Network and HR Exchange Network and a producer at PEX Network is a great honor. Winning the IQPC Digital 2024 Innovator of the Year Award meant so much because it refers to my relationship building skills. I won for creating breakout room sessions at the PEX Network All Access webinar series. These sessions were more than mere discussions. They were about bringing people together, coming up with solutions, and forming a bond of community even in a virtual world driven by advanced technology. My desire to lead people in collaboration and unity is at the core of my writing, editing, and production work. Connecting with people and showing humanity are the most important skills in the age of AI, and I will continuously develop them and improve them. That's a promise!
