I was responsible for the entire company’s communications, it means manage these main areas (+15 people):

- Social Media (content strategy and funnels, lead generation campaigns, advertising campaigns, brand awareness)
- Newsletter (DEM content planning, client segmentation, A/B testing)
- Website (relationship management with the web agency, contents management on WordPress, structure of web pages, SEO)
- Graphic Design (content briefings, aligned image, creation of visual content)
- Coordination of set up for the entire festival (graphics equipment, ledwalls, furniture)

MARKETERs Academy aims to offer lifelong training and updating workshops and events for young talented people and marketing professionals.

The courses mainly focus on digital marketing topics and soft skills development. i.e Public speaking, time management, email marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce strategy, Facebook advertising, how to master Google Analytics etc. We have already coached more than 3.000 marketers in the past three years, involving more than 50 experts. 

Our most important event is MARKETERs Festival, addressed to young professionals.
We have just organized the 5rd edition: more than 3000 participants joined the 43 invited speakers from some of the world's leading brands.

Pixartprinting - a Cimpress Company

Pixartprinting is an online printing company and it has more than 600,000 active customers across Europe. The company is part of Cimpress (Nasdaq: CMPR), the world leader in mass customisation.

I was in charge for the management of all components related to the participation at the international B2B trade shows, marketing and graphic design events; from the logistical aspects, to the off-online and online acquisitions. 

I managed multiple activities cross teams and departments. I always tried to better organize internal communication and tasks through GANTT, clear editorial calendars and project management tools.

Event Manager

I was in charge of analyzing and collecting quantitative and qualitative data of our competitors for specific projects. I have worked for 5 months for the development of the strategy for the reseller programme comparing the printing market preferences, needs and buying habits. 

It has been a really useful job in order to understand which are the most important variables to better compete in the market and how to interpret them. I used tools like Majestic and Semrush to read their digital positioning, but the most important thing has been price competition and surveys.

My main responsibility was to manage all the partnerships with the most important events and cultural associations at the European level. I managed more than 50 projects.

MARKETERs Club is one of the biggest association of young marketers in Europe, founded at Ca' Foscari University, Venice in 2012. Currently, it counts 800 active members and more than 2.000 alumni. 
The main projects developed are: MARKETERs Club (students), MARKETERs Alumni (Young professionals), MARKETERs Academy, This MARKETERs Life (web magazine).

During my university studies, I was President and Events Manager of a marketing association, MARKETERs Club (+1000 members). Now I am one of the national coordinator.

- Coordinator of national events
- Designed strategies for the student association' growth through partnerships management at the national level
