Trek Bicycle

As a sales associate, I was in charge of the showroom, the bikes, and all the exhibits.
My main tasks were to have the first approach with customers and guide them to the bike of their dreams; another important task was the follow-up of quotes to lead to a conversion.
I wanted to connect with customers to create a local Trek community. I would call customers to get feedback on their experience in our store and the bike or one of the add-ons they had bought and invite them to our events and social rides.

I also had the opportunity to be Direct Responsible for Social Media on local shops Instagram and Facebook pages. 
I did volunteer to be in charge for that charge to learn about Social Media Management, Copywriting, Content Creation, and editorial planning to improve my skills, my work duties, and myself.
