Leading a team of 9 partnerships managers and solutions managers with the mission to develop TikTok’s business with Italian top advertisers across retail, ecommerce, apps, financial services, education, travel.
- organized team by aligning partnerships and solutions managers pairs to clients’ objectives (store and online sales, subscriptions and lead generation): this enabled a 1.92X growth YoY, the fastest in market;
- built 2023 business plan: defined guidelines for key accounts selection and coached individual reps to build own portfolio strategies;
- focused team on winning performance budget: this fostered growth of always-on campaigns’ weight on revenue (+22 % points since January 2023);
- positioned TikTok in market as a performance channel by ideating a new marketing format (Performance Week) and representing the company in industry press.

The UK Field Sales team is responsible for developing Pinterest’s advertising business from scratch.
I led the business development efforts across the entertainment (movies, music, TV, streaming and gaming) and travel verticals. 

I defined the market entry strategy and advertiser value proposition, grow revenues, secured upfront deals and coordinated an account manager to onboard new partners.
