I’ve spent years navigating the intricate world of risk management and operations, where every day presents new challenges and opportunities for growth. Currently at Citi as the SVP Risk Appetite Program Manager, I’m fortunate to lead transformational projects that not only enhance our risk culture but also strengthen governance and controls across the organization. Before joining Citi, I had the privilege of serving in various capacities within the U.S. Special Operations Command Central. There, I managed crisis action plans for special operations forces in the Levant region—an experience that taught me the importance of adaptability and strategic foresight in high-stakes environments. Leading a 120-person organization across five countries was no small feat; it required building relationships with high-level partners while ensuring operational excellence. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through outdoor adventures which keeps me grounded and energized. I believe that maintaining balance is essential for personal effectiveness in any demanding role.
