I obtain the Google IT Support Professional certificate from Merit America in 2022. The 3-month program helped me further build my professional and technical skills. My work history includes 6 years in customer-facing roles which has allowed me the opportunity to gain skills in communication, customer service, time management, and problem-solving. At my previous role at Amazon I was hired on as a Fulfillment Associate, I was then selected by the IT staff to assist with troubleshooting issues on IT devices used in my facility. I also serve as a Learning Ambassador that trains news associates on job responsibilities, processes, and troubleshooting techniques. I am looking forward to a new career in IT where I can leverage my passion for technology, newly acquired IT competencies, and the skills developed throughout my work history. Currently working on other certificates like the CompTIA A+.
