What is the most important thing that leads to a company’s growth? Conversations. When you think about how deals and partnerships come about it is because of communication. For this reason, I am honored to be a strategic partner for organizations by rolling up my sleeves and working proactively to be their voice. Being open, honest, and vulnerable has been a part of my life because I was born with a physical disability. But no worries because no matter where I go, I am always on a roll. From Puerto Rico to Rhode Island to Florida I have experienced every type of weather possible and in those moments of struggle I saw how important it is to have a community of people you can count on. And that is what drives me every single day. Outside of my work, I serve as the Marketing Chair for the University of Tampa's Board of Counselors, a board member for the University of South Florida’s Digital Marketing Advisory Board, and a member of the Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay. I am obsessed with learning and continuous improvement, but what makes my heart and soul move is working together to create greater. Our lives are made richer by the people we meet and the stories we hear, and I am eager to hear yours!
