Prior to becoming a managing shareholder at Direct Components Inc. He was founder of POWTI Innovations Inc. Frank was the President and founder of Spartan Medical LLC, Chief Operating Officer of Ark Medical LLC, and Director of Programs for Regulus Global out of Virginia Beach, VA. Prior to joining the Regulus Global and Ark Team, Frank was the Director of R&D for Renegade Armor, under M. Treiber. Frank is veteran of United States Navy and still continues to serve as a Firefighter Paramedic with the Arlington County Fire Department. He has served as a member of the Hazardous Material Regional Response Team, National Medical Response Team - National Capital Region under HHS, and Initial ACFD Rescue Task Force cadre. Frank was one of the first responders at the Pentagon on 9/11 and participated during hurricane Katrina rescue efforts. He also remains as an adjunct faculty instructor for The George Washington University school of medicine in Washington D.C. and continues as a WPS instructor.
