•	Continued investment in the company’s proprietary technology of survey management and panel tools. Expanded audience reach through API’s while scoping and building out internal technology features for growth & service.

President & CEO

YMCA

Independent $2.6 million association serving 22 communities, with full service wellness and aquatic facilities in Portsmouth and year round summer camp and conferencing facilities in Greenland

	Directly oversaw all aspects of human resources, insurance, risk management, policy development and training for 8 full-time, 60 part-time and 30 seasonal employees. 
•	Developed and recorded monthly operational cash flow and ongoing capital expenses, which enabled trend analysis and strategic planning.  Successfully posted 8 years of meeting and exceeding budget.
•	 Provided volunteers and staff donor solicitation training, support and best practices in annual fundraising and planned giving.
•	 Served as the development lead for community prospects utilizing the DAXCO information system providing volunteers viable campaign donors.
•	Annually generated $150,000 in scholarship fund support through individual giving and special events from over 300 donors and charitable organizations.
•	Identified and attained private, federal, state, and corporate grant funding in excess of $250,000 annually benefiting program services for the community.    
•	Developed a strategic plan, volunteer base and completed a capital campaign of $1,150,000 to construct a new 12,000 square foot facility. Oversaw all aspects of data acquisition, modeling, ranking, and scoring, while setting a prospect pyramid list for campaign volunteers to conduct face-to-face solicitation of donors. 
•	Engaged in ongoing development of facilities through capital fundraising efforts utilizing individual and corporate donations, grants and volunteerism through key community partners such as Timberland, Liberty Mutual, Portsmouth Hospital.

Executive Director

Independent $1.7 million association serving 9 communities, with full service wellness and aquatic facilities in Boothbay Harbor and year round summer camp and conferencing facilities in Boothbay.	
•	Worked directly with Executive Director and key stakeholders to identify, plan and meet long-term program development goals. Resulting in a successful 3 year, $4.1 million capital campaign to expand the existing facility.  
•	Directed the planning, design and construction of a new 3,000 square foot fitness center and 1500 square foot gymnastics facility. 
•	Completed YMCA professional certification in financial management, budgeting, audits, fundraising, grants, human resources, risk management, and training and staff development.   
•	Volunteered as Program Facilitator for 18 Maine YMCA’s providing coaching and leadership development to promising young staff identified as rising stars.
