My guests include top artists, scientists, CEOs, and university professors, such as Professor Chip Lavie - professor at the Ochsner Clinical School of the University of Queensland in Brisbane and Professor Sara Lazar - Associate Researcher in Psychiatry, Massachusetts General Hospital & Assistant Professor in Psychology, Harvard Medical School. I have also been privileged to talk to some of the top world security experts, such as Kjell Grandhagen - former head of the Norwegian Intelligence, Chris Voss – former international lead hostage negotiator for the FBI, and Joe Navarro – former FBI special agent and spy hunter. 
My podcasts has also featured Jordan B Peterson (3 times on the show) who is considered the world’s most popular professor on YouTube. His latest live performances in Norway, for example, sold out for one hour. I have been honoured to interview Phillipe Kahn who invented the camera Telephone, stepcounter and many more famous technologies too. 

In my Ekstrempodden podcast, I interview extreme athletes from various disciplines, such as triathlon, climbing, car racing and MMA to learn more about their stories, training techniques and regimes for food and mental strength.
