* Project consisted of Greenfielda & Brownfields Upgrade of Electrical & Communication Systems for Existing Infrastructure  situated at Brockman 1 & Western Turner Iron Ore Mining Facilities.
* Start of Contract consisted of Collating and Finalising information for workpacks relating to Brockman1 Project. Submitted full scope of works of all information required as a deliverable by Fredon Sub-Contract to Client (Georgiou).
*Supporting the Construction Manager, Project Manager & Site Supervisors with As-Built Drawings,Data & all information supplied from Consultants & Sub-Contractors.
*Involved with Procurement & updating information relating to materials procured from Suppliers.
*Updating relevant records utilising in-house Systems such as DropBox,Sharepoint,Bluebeam Revu and MS Office Suite  programs.
*Communicating and Collaborating with Site Supervisors and reporting to Project Manager to meet project Deadlines for scope of works.

Project consisted of the construction of a state of the art facility for a Hatchery for Inghams Chicken.
Supported the Project Manager & Site Managers with As-Built Drawings supplied from
Consultants & Sub-Contractors
Assisted the Site Managers with Sub-Contractor Management, Site Inductions, SWMS & Site Meetings
Liaised with Suppliers to organise Plant Hire Equipment for upcoming scope of works during construction.
Organised Tools Purchase valued up to 12K and co-ordinating fit-out of site store facility
Assisting Contract Administrators with Costings,Minutes Of Meetings and Suppliers for phases of Construction.
Creating in-house Document Control Processes utilising DropBox and Apple Mac OS programs.

Document Controller

Supported the engineering team with Maintenance of Site Facilities and reported on the requirements for the ongoing Planned,Preventative & Predictive Maintenance utilising SAP software.
Engaged with a base of 20 contractors for various works required to be performed as needed.
Responsible for the updating and maintaining of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)associated with each contractors scope of works.
Involved with daily meeting to report ongoing Maintenance works and weekly Toolbox Meetings with Senior Staff & Management.
Involved with continual communication from Supervisor’s and work personnel of issues and solutions regarding Maintenance required of the Facility.

Reported to the Chief Technology Officer on progress of projects and product development.
Liaised with International Offices and China production facilities to ensure timely delivery and quality of manufactured products.
Assisted the Product Development Manager with reports on RnD progress and product developments.
Conducted weekly meetings with RnD team to update on the progress of specific product developments and identify issues to form solutions for delivery of projects.
