With an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, my passion is human behavior in the workplace. I am specifically focused on how to continuously motivate highly capable employees and increase their engagement. Working at Qualtrics allows me to utilize this passion and partner with people leaders to build employee experience programs to drive employees to join, contribute to, and ultimately become brand ambassadors for their organizations. I enjoy starting most days at 5:30 am at the gym with my fitness team. As someone who enjoys team environments and winning with others, I am inspired by my fitness companions daily. They remind me of what successful teams are made of....different people bringing different skillsets, but hyper-focused on the singly mission of a healthy and disciplined lifestyle.
