F3 Nation is a revolutionary fitness and leadership development movement, that has been changing men’s lives across the world. Founded in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. It is a free, peer-led workout organization that emphasizes camaraderie, leadership, and self-improvement.

It is comprised of a network of over 4,000 free, weekly, outdoor workouts for men in 48 US States and 13 countries across the world.
