POST MERGER INTEGRATION
Organizational re-design and restructuring as part of the post-merger integration of a Danish oil and gas company being absorbed by a French congalommerate. The project entailed analytical support as part of the re-sizing of the organisation, incl. employee consultation, assessment and selection.

BUSINESS FINANCE COLLEGE DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION. 
Global Business Finance program design and roll-out across global finance organisation. The project included design of a comprehensive Business Finance framework and capability model. The engagement included face-to-face training of +500 Finance Business Partners across 9 destinations globally.

CROSS-COMPANY BUSINESS FINANCE COLLEGE FOR DANISH TOP TIER COMPANIES. 
Design and implementation of a Business Finance training  program with participants from a range of top tier Danish companies across a range of industries. Training focused on technical finance skills as well as people skills such as the ability to create trust and influence your personal relations. 

INTERNAL TRANSFER PRICING SIMULATION. 
Design and development of transfer pricing model in order to calculate internal trade (~650 mDKK) between business units. Furthermore, pricing of services and design of BI-dashboards.

CAPITAL BUDGETING AND INVESTMENT ANALYSIS PROCESS OPTIMISATION. 
Design of new investment governance model to ensure effective valuation and strategic assessment of CAPEX investments across brands in a global shipping company.

ROBOTICS PROCESS AUTOMATION - COMPETENCY BUILD UP FRAMEWORK
Design and development of Nordic competency build up framework to support the robotics process automation (RPA) effort at a large Scandinavian bank. The project included the design of a complete RPA team structure including functional role descriptions, competency requirements and competency build up activities. The main objective of the effort was to enable the client to establish self-sustainable RPA teams in four Nordic countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Key responsibilities included planning and oversight of the training effort of consultants and client employees across Scandinavia. 

FINANCE OPERATING MODEL DESIGN
Development of a new finance operating model for an international wealth and asset management company. The project included the co-creation of an overarching vision, mission and strategy for the Finance Department in collaboration with the client's senior mangement team (CEO, CFO etc.). The project also included decion making in regard to sourcing options, change mangement initiatives, process optimization and organizational design. The project furthermore included benchmarking against international WAM companies as well as internal finance functions across a global financial conglomerate.

Fundamental root-cause analysis regarding cost-asset ratio for one of Scandinavia’s largest companies operating a series of major international airports. The project included the development of an official asset management policy concerning assets valued at approximately 1.0 bnUSD. 

ACTIVITY-BASED COSTING
Update of financial data and preparation of output from activity-based costing model. Modelling of data from general ledger and subsequent management reporting to ensure data-backed decision making regarding customer and product profitability. 

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION AND RISK ASSESSMENT
Optimization of all processes related to the handling and payment of salaries at a leading Scandinavian retail and consumer products company. Complete risk vs. control gap-analysis resulting in several initiatives to streamline processes, mitigate risks and minimize losses.  

INVOICING MODEL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
Current state analysis, model design and implementation of invoicing model for a Danish ministry. Model ensured a standardization of the calculation of outstanding debt based on various economic factors.
