1. Fixed Asset Management: Monitor asset movement, monitor settlement from CIP to asset, review asset recording, review FA movement, review asset stock opname reconciliation.
2. Capex controller: review the reconciliation of Capex table and FA report to ensure data in Capex table is aligned with FA report.
3. Risk, Control, Audit: responsible for completeness of documents for audit purposes.
4. Responsible for month-end closing FA module within the time frame to ensure FA recording (depreciation, etc) is done in correct period to reflect actual.

Fixed Asset Controller

1. Customer Management : Review and create new customer, review customer to extend, block/unblock, monitor customers third party (local and foreign) and ABB group, monitor customer master data with GIS (Global Identification Service) application, 
2. Lead account receivable staff to make sure their commitment to deliver high quality service
3. Develop & implement strategic plan for the Account Receivable Department to meet commitments and deliver high quality services to business partners in line with agreed upon service level
4. Credit Management: Monitor and control credit limit customer, monitor and control risk category of customer, monitor and propose action for customer that have long arrears. 
5. Credit Control Function in order to maintain a healthy business with customers and receivable ageing.
