Likeminded is a B2B software solution offering tailored mental health support to employees.  I contributed to Likeminded's mission and goals first as the Head of Marketing and now as VP of Marketing as well as part of the leadership team.

• Responsible for leading Revenue Operations as well

👉 Key achievements:
• 2022: Grew Marketing contribution (first touch) to closed-won revenue from 0% to 39%
• 2023: Grew Marketing contribution (first touch) to closed-won revenue to 50%
• 2024 (in progress): Tracking against 50% Marketing contribution (first touch) to closed-won revenue. Began supporting outbound initiatives.

Workpath is a B2B SaaS solution for agile strategy execution with OKRs. I contributed to Workpath's mission and goals as the Head of Marketing and part of the leadership team.

• Contributing to company strategy, positioning, organizational processes and pricing 
• Hiring, team development, and leadership for the Marketing team (leading
a team of 11 marketers)
• Marketing strategy design and ensuring effective execution
• Developing the lead and demand generation, product marketing as well as our brand and content function

• > 75% Marketing contribution (first touch) to closed-won deals
• Top scores for team satisfaction
