7:30 to 8:30 AM: Personal time for whatever I want: reading the news, running, or just chilling.
8:30 AM: Cleaning emails: starting with personal ones, then SteelSync.io (Product Management SaaS, which is currently under acquisition), ReactIn (our LinkedIn Automation Tool, the rocketship💙), and finally Figue (Our Product Studio)
9:00 AM: Checking WhatsApp messages from my most trusted business partners.
9:30 AM: Posting on LinkedIn.
10:00 AM: Operational day starts, diving into the 50+ LinkedIn DMs I get every Monday thanks to ReactIn 😍

Disclaimer: I’m not talking about Enterprise SaaS with million-dollar sales cycles. This is for indie/startup-style SaaS founders aiming for product-led or SMB growth.

Step 1️⃣: Get your first unknown paying customer. Not your friend. Not your dad. Not your ex-coworker. A total stranger who finds value in what you’ve built, that’s when it becomes real. It can take months, and that’s fine. Most people quit too early here.

Step 2️⃣: Forget the automations, fancy systems, and “magic templates.” Grind manually until you reach 100 paying customers. That usually takes 12–18 months after the first dollar. By then, you’re roughly at $100,000 ARR.

✋ That’s your signal to stop and reflect. What I call your “Rubik’s Cube,” or what most call the GTM (Go-To-Market) motion. Ask yourself:
- What’s my ICP (ideal company profile)?
- Within it, who’s the best buyer persona?
- What’s the strongest value proposition (pain ↔ benefit)?
And through which channel do they actually respond? (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, ads, etc.)
⏭️ Talk to all your paying customers, cross insights with data, and test hypotheses until you can feel a repeatable pattern forming.

Step 3️⃣: Scale that GTM motion to ~1,000 customers. If you nail that, you’re likely around $1 M ARR. From there, decide:
- Option A: Exit (7-figure deal) and start again, or
- Option B: Double down and push to $10 M ARR.

🚨 Just keep in mind that it’s much easier to grow from $1 M to $2 M ARR than from $0 to $1k MRR.

We’re currently deep in Step 2️⃣ with our latest SaaS ReactIn => Learning daily, grinding, refining our Rubik’s Cube with Ludovic, Guillaume & Clément. 

Keep pushing SaaS builders. We’re at +270 days since our first $MRR. Let’s see what we can achieve in under a year 💪
