Group Product Manager (Marketing)- Responsible for more than 2 Bn Sales Revenues for BU: Gynae & Fertility. Actively working for Sangobion, No.1 iron preparation in Pakistan.
- Strategically plan, prepare and implement innovative marketing plans for assigned brands with complete budgetary and resource allocation with effective various tools like IMS and market data analysis.
- Ensuring the HCP-directed branding/activities are in line with approved brand architecture, long-term givens, and brand plans.
- Monitor performance of assigned brands against plan and carry out necessary changes to meet plan numbers.
- Researching, reviewing, and reporting on competitor activities and changing market scenarios.
- Coordinate with other cross-functional departments for sound planning.

- Effective and efficient budgeting, P&L management, sales planning and execution, sales monitoring & training, pharmacy/trade activities, and advertising of assigned brands.
- Efficient and effective brand planning with the successful execution of marketing plan for the assigned brands, along with the delivery of targets.
- Worked closely with the sales team to develop an in-depth understanding of various sales functions.
- Effective sales forecasting along with a review of stock availability based on latest sales trends and promo strategy /campaign through liaison with concerned departments.
- Train, assist and develop field force for the execution of their job responsibilities.
