Morgan Jones

I am continuing my duties and leading the way in all things marketing for Morgan Jones. In addition to this, I oversee the day to day operations and assist the directors in maintaining the direction and growth of the business.

As part of my new role I now manage the administration and compliance department alongside the marketing department. With this I work closely with the recruitment teams and the directors to ensure that we enable processes that better and improve our service.

Operationally I have been the spearhead and directed the deployment of a brand new CRM and ATS system alongside associated apps to provide digital transformation to the business whilst minimising interruptions.

I have also secured hundreds of thousands of pounds in revenue for the business by securing large scale tender and framework opportunities.

When Maximus Marketing was sold the digital department was rebranded as a new company, Creative Tank. My new duties as Creative Director were to organise my team and ensure that not only was the transition smooth but also that every team member’s work was completed on time and to the highest quality. I managed multiple marketing campaigns across several industries both B2B and B2C.

I created new, branded, sales and presentation materials along with providing consultancy to the director regarding the direction Creative Tank should go towards.

I worked with SEO, PPC, Web Design, Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing campaigns that often had overlapping strategies and crossposting.

I liaised with clients ensuring that all parties were clear on marketing strategies and results during this change.

As Maximus Marketing grew so rapidly my job role developed very quickly into a more managerial position. I still, nonetheless, maintained an active role in the daily management of social media profiles, content creation and curation alongside SEO and PPC work for clients.

I hired and managed a small team to aid in the businesses development and execution of our clients marketing strategies. I also performed in-house training to help build my teams skills up to the level and quality expected of them.

I worked daily on Social Media Marketing, Content creation, SEO and PPC (Google AdWords). Further work included developing marketing strategies, liaising with clients, managing reports and subsequent analysis.

Senior Digital Marketer

I came on board with Maximus Marketing (as it was then known) as a Social Media Marketing Consultant, playing an active role in the day to day management of Social Media profiles for a variety of B2B and B2C clients.

A typical day would include content creation, content curation, analysis of KPI's, writing reports, communicating with clients on best practices and what they should do next with their social media. 

I also provided some Content Marketing in creating long-form blog content for our B2B clients. This included thorough industry research, keyword research, and writing SEO copy.

This position required me to research and analyse figures and forecasts subsequently concluding arguments with hard facts.
