Done successfully, Customer Success teams are in the best place to retain and grow existing revenue. All CS teams should own NRR and find a balance between value enablement and commercial responsibility. CS teams need to build out capabilities to deliver on customer outcomes, revenue retention, and growth opportunity. CSMs can't do it all, and some level of specialisation is necessary to maximise NRR.
