Grow Capture One’s e-commerce business by leading the strategy and process of innovation, experimentation and optimization. Innovating new, and improving existing ways of increasing revenue and preventing churn.

•  Created a flexible and strong churn prevention and win-back automation engine. This allows the e-commerce and marketing automation system to deliver personalized offers to churned customers based on what they answered in a churn survey.

•  New concept for coupon and promotion management integrated with marketing automation system and e-commerce platform as well as third party coupon platform. Allowed us to do unique promotion and discounting in a complete new way to increase campaign revenue.

Head of Commercial Innovation

Responsible for driving e-commerce growth and commercialisation. Working closely with growth partners. Success include Implementing a new Marketing Automation concept and system (Drip) as well as integrating it closely with e-commerce platform allowing full 360 actionable customer insights. 

• This enabled us to create an abandoned cart program, triggered up-sell program and personalized product offering that has increased avg. order value and retention substantially. Furthermore it has enabled us to create a more unique customer journey for the future.

Digital Commercial Manager, E-commerce & Marketing Automation

I was responsible for growing Capture One’s e-commerce business working directly for VP of Software sales. 

I joined when Capture One was just a small part of larger Phase One and faced many challenges changing old ways of working, legacy systems and organizational structures in order to succeed and drive growth. 

• Implementing a new E-commerce 3rd party platform and e-commerce growth strategy

- Successes include: 40% lift on conversion rates . 4x revenue due to expansion into local markets, bundle sales, affiliate program. Freeing up in-house IT resources spent maintaining old solution to work on initiatives that enables growth

• Built and implemented a new concept for an in-app content HUB with automated distribution of targeted content such as tutorials, webinars and offers. This was targeted depending on where in the trial the user is and/or if they need to upgrade to a newer version. 

- Successes include: Resource hub is now one of our highest converting  channels continuously helping convert trial users to customers and  up-selling to existing customers.

E-commerce Manager

SKF Group

Implementing and driving profitable marketing automation and Digital marketing programs.

•   Built a business case for implementing marketing automation in SKF, and got sign off from C-level mgmt for implementation globally.
• Implemented the first Marketing automation program in SKF.  Focusing first on aligning with sales to develop a solid lead scoring formula and funnels for
The Nordic countries. This resulted in a major deal that could Be traced back to the initial marketing qualified lead delivered. As a result, this fast success gained very positive attention of the program in the organization, helping it become successful on a global scale. 
• Creating, implementing and executing the online lead generation and content marketing strategy
• Creating digital solutions to improve and automate business processes
• Optimizing the online user experience

Marketing Automation & Digital Marketing Manager

I was responsible for all digital marketing programs in the Nordic region, reporting directly to the Nordic marketing director. Successes including:

• Digitalized and automated the lead process for our Nordic customer magazine, turning it into a lead engine, which resulted in 50% less administrative work, a significant decrease in cost and an increase of generated leads to sales.

• Reporting of KPIs and giving recommendations upon these to management

• Successfully replicating digital marketing initiatives across the Nordic region.

• Presenting and holding workshops in digital marketing concepts and tools for marketing managers within the Nordic region on a regular basis.

• Implemented a new website and CMS system (SDL Tridion) in the Nordic region.

• Responsible for all Nordic email marketing programs. This included creating and coordinating content for our Quarterly newsletters. Open rates averaged 25% and Click-through-rates between 6-9%.

• Created and implemented a SEO strategy on the Nordic websites which led to an average of 80% increase in traffic and reaching first page rankings on google for strategic important keywords

Digital Marketing Manager

I was hired as a consultant to improve SKFs digital presence in Sweden. I was responsible for the Swedish website, analytics, PPC, SEO and email marketing.

Successes included:

• Using PPC, Adwords campaigns to target hard to reach segments which resulted in 1 million SEK extra in revenue. This led to an internal success story and I was featured in the internal news magazine.

• Optimized SKF Sweden’s website for training courses which resulted in a 82% increase of traffic. Digitalized and automated the sign up process to courses which reduced administration significantly. SKF Sweden’s training department was ranked 1st in the company that year compared to all other training departments globally within SKF in terms of sold training courses and our set up was used in other countries as a template.

• My accomplishments led to a job offer for a new permanent position managing Digital Marketing for SKF in the Nordic region.

Digital Marketing Consultant

I worked in the marketing department where I was involved in the day to day operations. Tasks included:

• Help plan and execute fairs, conferences and customer events 

• Conducting competitor and market analysis

• Updating the Swedish website and creating and designing marketing materials

• Segmentation of customer data, and maintenance in the CRM system

• Many of my tasks’ completion was dependent on interacting with colleagues from multiple departments. Developing a good internal network was therefore very important

• After my internship I was offered a consulting position working with Digital channels for SKF Sweden.

I truly enjoy building for scale and always tried to figure out a “system” to do this…resulting in an engine.
Today, this is called growth - and thats what I do. I love to solve real problems building great experiences, winning together.

I genuinely love to work with people and teams across businesses, and fluently communicate both on commercial and technical / development topics. I truly enjoy advising different startup/scale-ups on their growth challenges. When there is time, i also enjoy speaking about things when I get invited.
