Leading NOWJOBS has been an extraordinary journey, building from scratch an HR tech company active in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. With the acquisition of Paris-based StaffMe in 2022, we expanded our reach further, building a powerful presence across Europe. Through incredible highs and challenging lows, including the COVID pandemic, our resilient, product strategy and dynamic team has kept us moving forward.

Key Achievements:

*Product Strategy Leadership* : Directed the product strategy and roadmap, covering idea generation, business case analysis, and feature prioritization to drive market alignment with a focus on growth, scalability and search innovation.

*Expansion into European Markets* : Led NOWJOBS’ expansion into four countries, with a successful acquisition of StaffMe, enhancing our European footprint in HR tech from a product point of view. This includes overcoming the legal and digitalization hurdles for each of these countries. 

*Project Leadership* : Managed projects from concept through business case analysis, requirements analysis, development and result follow-up, while transitioning to overseeing and validating the work of the product team.

*Collaborative Innovation* : Cultivated a collaborative environment with House of HR, pushing boundaries in innovation and HR tech.
