Too Good To Go

Too Good To Go wants to inspire and empower everyone to take action against food waste. Through our mobile app we enable our users to save delicious food from our partners throughout Belgium and Europe. 

As Head of Sales at Too Good To Go Belgium, I was responsible for managing and developing the local sales team in Belgium.

In July 2017, I took up the challenge to lead our operations team through one of the most challenging periods the company and the team in Belgium had experienced up to then. We succeeded in switching from a complete F2F onboarding process to a fully remote, online process. We also managed to reorient our rider payment and rider hiring models to be compliant with the collaborative economy act. 

During my role as Head of Ops Belgium, I learnt how to manage change, how to effectively report and communicate and manage all the relevant and important stakeholders. I acquired deepened knowledge on project management, process optimization and how to effectively manage a team of +10 people using different languages.

As a support to this role I received a variety of trainings on following subjects: Lean Management & Kaizen, MBTI, Change Management, Dynamic Delegation.

Head of Operations

As we were growing the team rapidly, we needed to create structure. I took up the responsibility over the rider supply and rider performance side of the operations. My main focus lied on:

- Analysis and improving performance of rider planning and forecasting;
- Operational processes analysis and improvements - focused on hiring new riders;
- Fleet performance analysis and management;
- Development of new tools and models;
- Team management

In Febraury 2016, I was hired as one of the early employees at Deliveroo Belgium. I was responsible for opening and growing our second market, Antwerp. Besides that I supported the head of operations in growing, building and structuring our team and developing new markets.

The Rights provides a mobile-and web based platform for transparency and administrative simplification through playlist generation for the music industry.

My responsibilities comprised of but were not limited to:

-	Marketing activities including creating and implementing marketing plan; developing content 
 strategy.
-	Public relations; developing network of support within music community.
-	Strategy; mission iteration; measuring effectiveness of marketing activities; validation of business 
 iterations, defining priorities for staff;
- Product development, product validation, protoyping.
-	Daily operations; project planning; business development.

At C02 Logic I supported the team of engineers by calculation and writing of carbon footprint reports. I helped visualize and prepare these reports for clients and supported the team at matchmaking events regarding sustainable event organization.
