I completed my UG in the field of Computer Science Engineering at Panimalar and then moved into Cognizant - which was my dream company but I struggled with coding for a very long time and moved out and analyzed my key strengths. I found that Communication and Empathy were my two key strengths. I went to Don Bosco Vazhikaatti to register myself for a job fair and ended up joining there as a Soft- Skill Trainer as I was interested in that role. I have also done Affiliate marketing for firms and have multiple certifications in the field of Marketing and Human resources. After this timeline at DBV, did my masters at Velammal specializing in HR and Marketing and got into Hinduja Global Solutions as a Human-resource Intern and had an amazing experience with the team learning different streams of HR within a short span. During my final semester, I joined Photon as an HR Business Partner. As an Onboarding specialist, I took care of the new joiners and helped them to settle down in their respective roles and resolved their queries. I have provided support in areas of communication and was the owner of the New Hire Orientation process. As part of the Operations team, I took care of the filing and documentation process using Oracle Fusion HR. After moving out of Photon, tried to focus on Digital Marketing but haven't properly planned and hence failed. Became a part of Lynx Eye Digital marketing agency for some time as a social media manager and was responsible for handling social media accounts and content creation.
