I have led and developed the marketing strategy and execution for one of the world's leading peat product manufacturers and distributors and their partners. Together with a team, I have successfully launched and managed various marketing, business and new product development projects, campaigns and events across various channels and regions - increasing brand and product awareness, sales revenue and acquiring new customers and improving existing partner trust in the brand. Combining my background in finance and economics to my experience in marketing and sales, I’ve developed a strong set of my analytical and creative skills. It has helped me to combine the best of both worlds, as creativity nowadays is almost always combined very closely with data and real time statistics. Throughout my life I have also developed strong time management, determination and creativity skills, as I have played football for more than 18 years (including Latvian U17, U19 and U21 National teams), graduated from Pārdaugavas Music and Art school (playing saxophone and piano) and found new hobbies (adventure motorcycling, camping and others).
