I spent years at different multinational companies and agencies for selling and letting out commercial and residential properties helping investors, companies and private people as well.
I also spent 11 years in the business networking area as the 2nd member of BNI Hungary which helped matchmaking several times.
For this year I established http://friedmanntamas.com to help people solving questions regarding real estates.

I helped companies about the real estate trends, how and where to find a new, suited office to their needs. As a team member of the Office Agency we represented Hungarian and international Landlords as well on the Budapest Real Estate Market.

Dr. Novák Nóra egy tegnapi posztban kifejtette, hogy szerinte mi a különbség a sales előadás és egy szakértői tanácsadás között. 
Pl. az, hogy kit képvisel a tanácsadó. 🤓

Tegnap csak kifejtette, múlt héten viszont egy előadás alkalmával el is mesélte 70 embernek. 🙃

Megtisztelő, hogy részese lehettem a kerekasztal beszélgetésnek Nóra szakértő vendégeivel, név szerint Dr. Novák Nóra , dr. Novotta Edina, Andrea Tóth… és én. 

Mind nagyszerű szakemberek, akik más és más oldalról közelítették meg a Közel-Keletben rejlő lehetőségeket, legyen az egy itthon már sikeresen működő vállalkozás fejlesztése vagy a budapesti m2-árakkal vetekedő, de annál jóval nagyobb hozamot biztosító újépítésű ingatlanpiac.

Nagy levegő éééés: az elmúlt két évben 'írogattam', de sokkal több volt az elvonulás, spirituális tartalom, gondolatok arról, hogy 'mivégre'. Őszintén, külföldön is ezeket élveztem a legjobban, nem a szuper ingatlanprojekteket. 

Két évvel ezelőtt letértem - hagytam magam 'ledobni' - egy útról és most visszanézve jobb dolog nem is történhetett volna velem. De nagyon nagy volt az ára és ki tudja mi a vége. "Az út számít, nem a végcél." 

Az 'ingatlanozás' sem ment, pedig ebből élek. Bezárkóztam a világomba. 

Ez utóbbi okát nem értettem, ezért hát szakirodalomhoz fordultam. Itthon nem találtam, így hát Amerikából kellett rendelnem. 
Gary Keller írta az eddigi talán legtöbbet olvasott könyveket az ingatlanközvetítésről jó és kevésbé jó piacok esetén. 

Kerestem magam és közben új piacokat is, külföldön. Megcsapott a 'nemzetköziség' érzése. 
 
Sokszor mondtam már ezt a szót: szinkronicitás. Amikor valaminek eljön az ideje.

Épp ezért ‘kaptam fel a fejem’, amikor a világ legnagyobb ingatlanközvetítő hálózata, a Keller Williams Hungary - tulajdonosa az a Gary Keller, aki írta ezt a könyvet közel 50 évnyi ingatlanos tapasztalattal - dr. Akos Megyeri vezetésével megérkezett Magyarországra és hiszem, hogy ‘elhozza’ azt a bizonyos nemzetközi tudást és tapasztalatot. 

🔴⚫️Diczenty-Peti Balázs ingatlanszakértő, örülök és hálás vagyok, hogy megteremtetted a találkozás lehetőségét és annak is, hogy már évek óta szuper partnerként és vezetőként segíted azt, hogy az Ingatlanos Mesterelme 'csapatával' - akik mind más más sikeres ingatlaniroda tulajdonosai - havi szinten teszünk érte, hogy az ingatlanpiac szerethetőbb és működőképesebb legyen.

És hiszem, hogy van képességem ezt ‘lecsatornázni’, hisz az elmúlt 20 évben közel 10.000 emberrel találkoztam üzleti reggeliken majd beszéltem az - akár
nemzetközi - ingatlanpiacról is konferenciákon, előadásokon, podcastekben, TV-ben, rádióban. 
És a nap végén mindig ugyanaz van: hogy élethelyzetekről beszélünk és nem ingatlanról. 

Szeretnék újra segíteni és támogatni azzal, amihez értek: hogy megértsem a helyzeted és megnézzük, hogyan tudjuk a lehető legjobbat kihozni belőle.

Nagyon hálás vagyok azoknak az embereknek, akik segítettek idáig eljutni és ráadásul valahogy 'túlélni' szakmailag is az elmúlt két évet.
