Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska utilizes Workday as its primary HRMS.  The Workforce Analytics Analyst optimizes people-systems and processes while aligning cross-platform data to support critical Talent Management initiatives in support of Business goals. Employs best practices in data analysis and visualization to provide recommendations towards the achievement of these goals.

•Lead Workday Reporting and Analytics HRIS Analyst: Developed global reporting structure from cross-platform data sources.  Developed reports in Workday, PeopleSoft and Taleo to provide data insight and maintain data integrity during transition to Workday  
•Improved company performance in talent retention, development, and applicant attraction through workforce analytics, benchmark analysis, and HR marketing initiatives
•Global implementation of Recruiting, Succession Planning, and Talent Modules
