After a reorganization , to be more efficient and effective my area of responsibility is customer service.
Main task is still to centralize all product and customer service, internal/external, into a single unit. Implement and continuously develop an effective complaint process for Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Germany.

Manage and contribute to increased customer loyalty and continuously improved hard and soft product and service quality, by processing feedback from customers; to enable effective complaints processes and increased internal/external customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Manager

Main task is to centralize all product and customer service into a single unit. Implement and continuously develop an effective complaint process for Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Germany.

Loss Preventions main responsibility is to preserve TOP-TOY A/S profit. Profit preservation is activities specifically designed to reduce preventable losses. Loss Prevention is developing and conducting training for relevant stakeholders and associates related to LP programs and controls.
LP provides support for the company’s shortage control program, risk management, overall plan for preventing losses and providing a seamless exceptional customer service.

Customer Service Manager / Loss Prevention Manager

General expert within the area of Retail Service Management in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Germany, with expert knowledge in how to invent an extraordinary customer meeting and also to develop new ideas, inspire and educate – at any level within the organisation.

Responsible for the roll out of the Retail Service Management concept including e. g. training materials, training/seminars, external partners, other roll out activities. When necessary, initiate new roll outs in accordance with identified needs either within the organisation or due to changes on the market.

Resbonsible of 19 BR-Toys shops & 5 TOYS "R" US stores.
